These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Kasa Crunch online shop.
2. Offer and Contract Formation
Product presentations in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is formed only upon our order confirmation.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in CHF and include statutory charges. Shipping costs are displayed separately during checkout.
4. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Switzerland and internationally upon request. Delivery times are non‑binding. Delays do not entitle customers to compensation.
5. Payment
