These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Kasa Crunch online shop for delivery within Ghana and other African countries.

2. Offer and Contract Formation

Product listings on the website do not constitute a legally binding offer. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order.

3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout.
Shipping costs are displayed separately during the order process.

4. Delivery
Deliveries are made within Ghana and to selected African countries.
Delivery times may vary by region and are not guaranteed.
Delays do not entitle customers to compensation.

5. Payment

6. Returns / Refunds

Defects must be reported within 48 hours.

Kasa Crunch is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier services, or force majeure.

For customers in Ghana:

For customers in other African countries:
The law of the customer’s country of residence applies, unless otherwise required.

If unresolved, disputes may be brought before the competent courts in Ghana or the customer’s jurisdiction, depending on applicable law.
