1. Contracting Entity
All purchases made through the Kasa Crunch online shop are contracts between the Customer and:

Kasa Crunch Switzerland is responsible for all sales, customer service, invoicing, and legal obligations for customers in Switzerland, Europe, and all international markets outside Africa.
Products may be sourced or fulfilled from different locations, but this does not change the contracting entity.
2. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all orders placed through the Kasa Crunch online shop www.kasacrunch.com by customers located in Switzerland or any country outside Africa.
By placing an order, the Customer accepts these T&C.
3. Products and Availability
- Kasa Crunch offers natural, premium snacks inspired by West African ingredients.
- Product images and descriptions are for illustration; minor variations may occur.
- Availability is shown on each product page.
- If a product becomes unavailable after ordering, the Customer will be informed promptly and refunded.
4. Prices, Taxes & Currency
- Prices are displayed in CHF (Swiss Francs).
- Kasa Crunch Switzerland is currently not VAT-registered; prices are shown without VAT.
- If VAT registration becomes required, prices will be updated accordingly.
- Shipping costs are shown during checkout and added to the order total.
Customs Duties (International Orders)
- For deliveries outside Switzerland, local customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the Customer.
5. Ordering & Contract Formation
- Product listings are not legally binding offers.
- By completing checkout, the Customer submits a binding order.
- The contract is formed once the Customer receives an order confirmation by email.
6. Payment Methods
Kasa Crunch accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, such as:
- Credit/debit cards
- PayPal
- TWINT
- Other methods as offered from time to time
Payment must be completed before dispatch.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are shipped via Swiss Post or equivalent carriers.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.
- The risk transfers to the Customer once the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
8. Food Safety, Allergens & Storage
- All products include ingredient lists, allergen information, and best-before dates.
- Customers are responsible for checking allergen information before consumption.
- Kasa Crunch is not liable for allergic reactions unless caused by gross negligence.
9. Returns & Refunds
Because Kasa Crunch sells perishable food items, returns are generally not possible for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds are offered only if:
- The product arrives damaged
- The wrong product is delivered
- The parcel is lost by the carrier
Customers must notify Kasa Crunch within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
10. Liability
- Kasa Crunch is liable only for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
- Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by Swiss law.
11. Data Protection
Customer data is processed in accordance with the Kasa Crunch Privacy Policy, which complies with Swiss data-protection requirements.
Data is used solely for:
- Order processing
- Customer communication
- Shop functionality
- Fraud prevention
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the Kasa Crunch website — including product descriptions, images, branding, and text — is protected by copyright.
Use without written permission is prohibited.
13. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
These T&C are governed by Swiss law.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer-protection rules in the Customer’s country of residence provide otherwise.
14. Amendments
Kasa Crunch may update these T&C at any time.
The version in force at the time of ordering applies.
